Launch Day!!! Let’s get our workout on!!!

Full disclosure, we are not programmers, we will be pulling all of our workouts from CompTrain. We chose them because that’s who we both follow and they have a great variation in workout styles, plus we will be doing them with you 🙂

AMRAP x 18 minutes (as many rounds/reps as possible)

30 Thrusters 95/65

30 Box Jumps 24/20″

30/21 Calorie Row

30 T2B

Modification options: 

-DB Thrusters-any weight

-Step-ups vs. box jumps

-Calorie row can remain the same.

-30 knee tucks or 1 min total plank hold

*Every workout can be scaled in weight and rep count. Remember if you are pregnant to move at a comfortable pace, able to maintain a conversation and to scale movements to your comfort level.
