30 Box Jumps 24/20″
30/21 Calorie Row
-DB Thrusters-any weight
-Step-ups vs. box jumps
-Calorie row can remain the same.
-30 knee tucks or 1 min total plank hold
*Every workout can be scaled in weight and rep count. Remember if you are pregnant to move at a comfortable pace, able to maintain a conversation and to scale movements to your comfort level.
