5 rounds: 

Max un-broken bodyweight (BW) bench press

Max UB strict pull-ups

REST 3 minutes between rounds

*Remember all workouts are sourced from CompTrain

Modifications:

1st Trimester: lighten the weight for bench press if needed.

2nd Trimester: After 20wks to avoid laying down for extended periods, do strict push press vs. bench press. Ring rows vs. pull-ups if needed.

3rd Trimester: Same as 2nd trimester.
