20 Clusters (squat clean thruster) 115/80
*This is pure cardio except the clusters so depending on how you feel you may not scale anything. Realistically you can swap out any cardio for any other type of cardio; double unders, single unders, a walk, airdyne etc. If this was me and running felt uncomfortable I would modify the workout this way:
20 cal assault bike
25 burpees (check out the Pregnancy Modifications page for a visual on a scaling option)
20 clusters–scale the weight as needed or keep it a power clean + push press.
