Squat Snatch 95/65

C2B pull-ups

Modifications:

1st trimester-leave as is.

2nd trimester-

-hang power snatch

-do normal pull-ups instead of C2B.

3rd trimester-

-hang power snatch or db snatch-light weight.

-normal pull-ups, rings rows, or modified bar pull-ups from the seated position.

*always remember to just listen to your body, do what feels comfortable and change out anything that doesn’t.
