Modifications:

1st trimester—as is.

2nd/3rd:

-KBs can remain as is, scale the weight if you need to.

-preggo burpees=stack abmats or do an air squat + a push-up against the wall.

-Instead of box jumps=step ups, you can also stack plates to reduce the height below 20″.
