Odd: 20/15 cal row

Even: 20 GHD sit-ups

Modifications: 

For all trimesters:

*Scale the number of calories on the row to 12 or 10.

*Instead of GHDs do sit-ups or a 45 sec plank hold from the elbows or straight arms.
