Modifications: 

160 singles vs. 80 DUs

800m row vs run

40/30 cal assault bike w/ no arms vs. 400m sandbag run

40 KBs-scale weight to 16 or 12kg

400m Run or 400m Row vs. assault bike

*all of the distances can be reduced to something shorter. You give yourself a set amount of working time instead of doing it “for time”
