10 Burpees

Modifications:

1st Trimester

-leave as is, unless your belly is growing already ( I know mine did early) then do burpees to an abmat-place the abmat to where your thighs will touch it, creating a gap to the floor.

2nd/3rd Trimester

-knee tucks, sit-ups are an option until week 20, and last option would be a :20 plank hold from the elbows or straight arm.

-Abmats for burpees-same as above but stack a 2nd if you need to. If you’re later in your pregnancy you can do an air squat then a push-up against the wall to equal 1 burpee.
