Modifications:

1st trimester-leave workout as is.

2nd/3rd trimester

-until 20 wks it can be left as is. After 20 wks avoid laying on your back, replace abmat sit-ups for a 20 sec plank hold.

-you can swap out t2b for knee tucks or for a 20 sec plank hold.
