2nd/3rd trimester-alter these movements based on how you feel and belly size 🙂
-regular burpees, burpees with stacked abmats to give your belly space, or squat + wall push-up.
-hang power cleans, dumbbell cleans, or DB hang power cleans.
*remember that scaling weight is always an option!
