For Time:

800m run

50 OH Squats 45/35

800m run

50 thrusters 45/35

800m run

50 front squats

Modifications:

1st trimester- can be left as is.

2nd/3rd trimester

-If running is uncomfortable then you can always row 800m or do 40/30 cal assault bike.

Alternative OH squat movements-air squats or goblet squats.

Alternatives to thrusters-DB thruster or goblet squats.

Alternatives to front squats-air squats or DB front squats.

*Another alternative for any movement would be to scale reps back.

-400m run vs 800m run

-30 reps per movement vs 50 reps.

-the last option I would suggest is that instead of making it “for time” make it an amrap, nothing more than 30 minutes.
