Modifications:

1st trimester- I feel it’s safe to say at this point that most workouts are 1st trimester safe. HOWEVER, adjust, change, modify whatever you need to if you’re feeling uncomfortable.

2nd/3rd trimester

-200m row or 10 cal bike

-60 singles or 30 jumping jacks 🙂

-hang power cleans, DB hang squat cleans, or DB hang power cleans (DB weight recommended would be 20-25lbs).
