Modifications:

2nd/3rd trimester

-most workouts at this stage in your pregnancy are going to be moved to an amrap, I would recommend putting this one at 15-20min.

-This is a full cardio workout, you can switch out any of these for another cardio movement; running, walking, burpees, jumping jacks, rowing, airdyne, etc. And if needed you can repeat movements, again it’s all about doing what is comfortable.
