9 cal assault bike

9 KB swing 70/53
*Each partner completes 1 full round before switching.
*If you’re doing it solo, you can either do an equal work:rest or decrease the amrap x 15 minutes.
-cardio pieces can be switched out for any other cardio piece; row, bike, airdyne, run, walk etc.
-kb swings can be switched to a russian kb swing, which brings the kb to parallel instead of overhead. It can also be lightened.
