“Fight Gone Bad”

3 rounds total, 1 min at each for max reps:

Wall-Balls

Sumo deadlift high pull (SDHP)

Box Jumps 24/20

Push-press

Cal row

Rest 1 minute

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-SDHP w/ a kb vs. barbell

-step-ups vs. box jumps

-DB pp vs barbell or strict press w/ DBs

-If rowing is uncomfortable this can always be switched to a bike, run/walk, jumping jacks etc.
