21/15 cal bike

12 squat cleans 135/95

Modifications:

2nd/3rd trimester

– 21/15 cal row vs bike, or you can do a 600m run to combine the 400m with the “bike” portion.

-power cleans, hang power cleans, DB cleans or  hang DB cleans
