Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-Calorie row and bike and be interchangeable (if you only have one you do it twice) or one can be switched out for a run-300m-200m-100m run (replaces 15-12-9)

-hang power snatch or kb swings 12kg

-hang C&J or DB hang clean and jerk
