Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-run can be replaced with a 400m row or 20/15 cal assault bike or 20 burpees.

-wall-balls can be replaced with air squats

-step ups vs box jumps, or stack plates to jump or step-up to a lower height.

-Russian kbs–only swing to a parallel height.

-pull-up from a seated position either using rings or a barbell on a squat rack, or ring rows.
