Monday-blues

Ascending ladder for 7 minutes:

3 thrusters 95/65

3 bar-facing-burpees

6 thrusters

6 BFB

9 Thrusters

9 BFB….

*continuing increasing by 3 for each movement until the 7 minutes is up!

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-DB thrusters, front squats or goblet squats with a 12kg KB.

-regular burpees, burpees with ab-mats to create space, or air-squat + push-up against the wall.
