50 air squats

10 Hang power snatches 115/80

 

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-C2B pull-ups/pull-ups/ring rows/ or pull-ups from the seated position to either a bar or rings.

-leave air squats but consider decreasing the reps.

-Alt. DB snatch 25lbs or switch to KB swings
