Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-regular burpee + box jump over/regular burpee +step-up over/modified burpee w/ab-mats to create space + step-up over/air squat + push-up +step-up over

*any combination of the above. You can stack plates if a box is too high as well.

-cal bike/DUs increasing by 10, 10-20-30-etc.
