Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-modified burpee w/ ab-mats/air squat+push-up against the wall, a visual can be found on the Movement Modifications  page. Instead of jumping over a bar, you can stack plates and jump up to a short height.

-pull-ups/jumping pull-ups/ seated pull-ups to a bar or to rings/ring rows.

-40/30 cal bike/800m run

-seated DB shoulder press
