4-5:00 hang squat clean

Men-35lbs dbs

women-25lb dbs

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-Scale back the distance to work for 90 seconds. Row or assault bike are other alternatives.

–hang power vs. squat cleans

*scale back the weights as needed.
