thruster+push-press+push jerk+split jerk

7×1

*complete the complex without dropping the bar.

Modifications:

2nd/3rd trimester

-don’t increase the weight each set, find something comfortable to complete all 7 sets.

-take the thruster out and do it from a rack

-DB vs barbell
