Modifications:

2nd/3rd trimester

-air squat vs back squat

-plank hold from straight arms or elbows

-bent over rows with DBs vs ring rows

-overhead hold with a barbell or dumbbells

-bike/burpees/air squat +push-up against the wall/jumping jacks
