hang from a pull-up bar, from a straight hang for 6min. (Accumulate 6 min) Every time you drop complete the following:

800m run

30 push-ups

Modifications:

2nd/3rd trimester

-We recommend giving yourself a time cap, 20min.

-800m row/40cal bike

-pushups with abmats to create a gap for your belly/push-ups using parallettes/push-ups against the wall.
