3 rounds:

100 ft. walking lunge

50 squats

50 hip extensions

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-if the lunges are too much, opt for stacking plates and doing step-ups (keep height shorter than 20inch box) 100 reps

-good mornings vs hip extensions, use just the barbell weight and lower the reps if needed.
