-400m row/20 cal assault bike

-hang power snatches/alt DB snatches/KB swings

-C2B pull-ups/pull-ups/jumping pull-ups/seated pull-ups to a barbell on a rig *with any of the pull-up variation also add dips-rings/parallettes/boxes.
