Front Squat

*Find a 1rm front squat

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimesters

-instead of going for a 1rm, find a weight you can do all sets consistently.

-If holding a barbell in the front rack is uncomfortable then you can change the movement completely, here are some ideas:

-back squat

-shoulder press

-push-press
