20 GHDs

 

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-reduce the height and do step-ups/ or stack plate and jump to a very reduced height.

-barbell OH squats/ DB single arm front squats/ air squats

-sit-ups/knee tucks/ max plank hold (keep it a minute or less)
