100 pull-ups

100 push-ups

100 sit-ups

100 squats

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-jumping pull-ups/ring rows

-use abmats to create space for your belly/use parallettes/ both can be done from your knees/push-ups against the wall.

-knee tucks/ plank holds-accumulate 2 minutes

-if depth on air squats is bothering you, squat to a box or bench.
