On a 25min clock, 5 rounds of:
Row for 50 sec/ rest for 10 sec
Row for 40 sec/ rest for 20 sec
Row for 30 sec/ rest for 30 sec
Row for 20 sec/ rest for 40 sec
Row for 10 sec/ rest for 50 sec
This one really shouldn’t need to be modified outside of if rowing is uncomfortable. In this case keep the work/rest the same and move to a bike/ assault bike/ treadmill or jog/walk.
