Hang squat cleans 165/115lbs

Burpee bar muscle ups

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-hang DB squat cleans/hang power cleans/hang DB power cleans

-burpee with ab-mats to create a space for your belly/ air squat plus push-up against the wall

-pull-ups + dips/jumping pull-ups + assisted dips/seated pull-ups to a barbell + seated dips using a box or paralettes.
