30 K2E

30 sit-ups

30 cal row

30 K2E

30 OH walking lunges

 

Modifications: 

2nd/3rd trimester

-knee tucks/crunches/ 1 min plank hold.

-both core movements can use any of the above variations

-20 cal assault bike/600m run
